feat: "Enable Desktop Notifications" not enabled by default

The feature to enable desktop notifications is not enabled by default, and was not aware that this feature was supported until I browsed for it in the settings.

I think for the user experience on the desktop application, this should be enabled by default.

This issue looks to be outwith the scope of the desktop application - this issue should be moved to the web app (Revite) as it handles the Settings panes.
