Because some user is saying "help me there is error" without install ffmpeg-static

Maybe npm install ffmpeg-static? That would ezily allow you to install without downloading all the files individually

But sadly, install ffmpeg-static by npm fails everytime.

@Stekovaya how does it fail? it works for me.

Besides when ffmpeg ships we won't need this either.
