[RFE] Consider Virtual Appliance for testing switch configurations

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. For testing and CI we might want to consider using a virtual appliance with junos.

Describe the solution you'd like We can try to run on a virtual machine this: https://docs.gns3.com/appliances/juniper-vqfx-re.html And point Quads to it when running move and rebuild.
