Support Apache Karaf/Red Hat Fuse

Red hat Fuse can be launched on SpringBoot, Karaf and EAP. I think EAP is already supported. SpringBoot is out of scope of this project it would be nice to have vscode-adapters working for Apache Karaf/Red Hat Fuse too.

Currently we are fighting to have a working SpringBoot based Fuse project working nicely in all stacks so it is not in our current top priority. For the priority I think it is a discussion to be handled at Product Management level.

We have an apache karaf support in community connector. We can leave this open to add fuse I guess
