Should offer Templates in the tree

While testing the buildConfigs PR, i wanted to use a template i had (https://github.com/redhat-developer/openshift-actions/blob/master/examples/build-deploy-modern-web-app/vue-quasar/template.yml) to trigger the creation of some resources but then i realized that we still miss the template node. In vscode it's like this. image
