Support HTTP QUERY method

Originates from #91. As discussed in the last meeting (see notes, lines 39-41) we should keep an eye on the development of the "The HTTP QUERY Method" spec and support it in te reconciliation spec as soon as the QUERY spec is official, maybe like @fsteeg proposed in the meeting: "SHOULD use QUERY, MAY use POST for legacy compatibility".
