In order to properly support DynamicRealm and manual migration modes we need support for a MutableRealmSchema similar to Realm Java https://github.com/realm/realm-java/blob/master/realm/realm-library/src/main/java/io/realm/MutableRealmSchema.java

Although we probably want to expose it as its own type in Kotlin.
