That's because you shouldn't have moved `run.py` to your Desktop. It must be in the same directory as the `example.py` file.

I also suggest you to try my fork https://github.com/rdavydov/Twitch-Channel-Points-Miner-v2/ as it has many fixes and improvements and is constantly evolving.
