Treating Shields as Weapons

Description of Issue: Basically if you equip a shield with random options enchant that gives + Physical damage or even if it just has +Physical damage on it , the game will treat it as an off hand weapon and give you an ADDITIONAL hit while its equipped, so you get bare hand + an extra hit from the shield.
- Result:
- Expected Result: Its not supposed to treat your shield as an off hand weapon and give you an extra hit.
- How to Reproduce: use a shield with physical damage on it and attack something and it will treat it as a 2nd weapon and give you an additional hit.

But on master I can't reproduce, what exactly RDMOPT you using? is any specific job? is still a valid issue?
