Difficult to install - works in Docker

Thanks for a great piece of software, I however hade issues installing this on macOS with latest node (issues with compiling node-protobuf), so I put together a Docker image that can be useful if someone else has an issue.

Thanks! I was also struggling finding the right library versions but this worked like a charm.
