Ongoing PR for all changes made to `quantstats-community`

This is an ongoing PR to put fork changes into the upstream. The maintainer is busy, so I know this is not a priority. If the fork gets larger attention/support, then a seperate Pypi project can be looked into. Otherwise, it can be installed via GitHub.
