PAR-1 Fix Download Card Designs

Some of the finer details of the card designs have been lost in translation here. Can we update:

  1. Add second browser logo
  2. Use a gradient for the mobile cards backgrounds
  3. Use the lighter stroke on the cards (think its close button?)
  4. Fix the background color for the card base
  5. Add the gradient background layer
