Formatting of code block broken over page break

This issue is apparent in the PDF version (as of 2013-09-23). If the formatting was fixed before this repo was available and PDF/mobi/etc versions were updated to match the source since then, this issue can be closed as fixed.

The code block jumps from paragraph to code block to paragraph. Only the if (fn.length == 1) { line appears to be formatted correctly.
