When the files in the folder are overwritten, the folder type is returned

I found in my tests that when the files in the folder are overwritten, the folder type is returned, is this expected?

I should expect this new file to be returned

I tested again, on Windows, the event will be parsed as File Type, but on macOS it is Folder Type.
