[BUG] App wont launch without admin perms if it's installed for all users

Actual Behaviour

When you install the app and click "Install for all users" when the installer starts, you will need to always start the app by running as administrator or else it won't launch.

Expected Behaviour

For the app to start without admin perms

Reproduction Steps

  1. Run installer
  2. Pick "install for all users"
  3. try to launch it
