testdat integration

Any thoughts on integrating testdat into psData?

It looks alright, still in its infancy. The idea to have is_UTF8 or contains_NA-style functions is very good, it encourages literate programming.

Some functions might be redundant with stuff already handled by the psData S4 class. @jrnold told us that he has updated the code on which the class is currently built, so the choice might be between testdat and r-checker. There's also a possibility that both might work well together.

I believe this extends the brainstorm to three packages that we need to take into account in development: plm, r-rcheker and testdat.
