Needed wireshark dump with packets to blocked host. Send them to author (e-mail can be found at his page).

In that case do it switchable, with logic depending on system version.

I prefer usage of "Send" in context "Send text/data for paste"

I can say that reason is in unescaped paste url provided to service - same as always.

Anyway I think there problem in webserver (apache?), because cutted request provided to php from it.
