MacOS: VimR needs to be updated (python2 dependency)

The Learn More button opens Python.org on Sunsetting Python 2.

I'm not entirely clear if the responsibility is on VimR here, or if it's some other dependency/plugin. The popup appeared when I triggered vim-visual-multi, which does have a small python component but I don't observe any strict dependence on any specific python in that repo. I'm not at all familiar with xcode/swift codebases, so I don't know how to look further.

Yes, there was no actual crash. Clicking OK dismissed the dialog and no problems moving forward.
