[doc] [request] Add popular CI installation instructions

When reading 📖 about https://golangci-lint.run/usage/install/ a few weeks ago, I thought 💭 it was interesting 🤨 how they promote running it in CI and giving instructions for that.

Do you think 🤔 it’d be cool 😎 to have GitHub Actions and GitLab CI sections on https://quick-lint-js.com/install/ ?

While of course people can figure it out from the CLI instructions, it might be cool 😎 to be explicit about it like golanglint is
