Feature Request: Configuration option to vibrate/notify during call

I haven't attempted to verify, but I believe that CN will not vibrate/notify during a call. It would be nice if it was possible to enable this, as I just today was late for a meeting because I was on the phone and had forgotten.

My phone was on silent (it always is), so I am not sure if the sound alert would have fired by default. Either way, I think it would be nice to have this configuration option.

It seems this feature request has been implemented, I'm hearing the vibration during a call. I also have set up a 10 minute reminder, so every 10 minutes the vibration will go off.

It would be very nice if there was a way to specify behaviour during a call, disable the vibration setting, and play back a different sound through the speaker or default audio output on the android device (e.g. bluetooth while connected to a headset or so)
