It doesn't start

Just downloaded and istalled D1, updated to 1.09, and after unzipping Infernity complains about ddraw.dll (of course present). I've tried a few times (un)installing/upadting+extracting and still the same.

I've tried also a few compatibility options and nothing, current system is W10 x64 v10..0.18363
