Update Development link to lead directly to GitHub

I propose the Development link on the website should lead directly to the GitHub

Pros:

  • One less redirect, direct link
  • User doesn't need to touch HTTP

Cons:

  • ❗ If the source repository moves, the website must be updated, rather than transparently updating the URL forwarding service
