Unable to find similar image in HEIC format on Windows

When i use the windows compilation, i'm unable to find heic - heic similar images. v6.0.0 czkawka

Somehow for Mac self compilation, i'm able to find heic - heic similiar images.

The instructions says the windows compilation has all the libraries inside. But i can't get it working.

Instruction is wrong, because the windows zip file should contain all dependencies except this one(only this one I could not find in fedora repositories, so it is expected that for now it won't work)

just a note. it couldn't work in 5.3.0 version too

It seems the bug is still present in 9.0.0
