Update Django to 2.2

The issue is related to the package django-uuidfield==0.5.0. TBH that repo seems abandoned due to the fact that commits are over a decade ago :confused: We can go around by creating a fork but as a heads up there are other dependencies also following the same path.

@onlinejudge95 -- There has been some work already in that direction by @sks444 on https://github.com/pythonindia/junction/pull/664. I suggest you two to collaborate on this if possible.
