Add classifier for Model Context Protocol

Why do you want to add this classifier?

Model Context Protocol is an open standard for AI applications to interact with context providing 'servers'. The project is well adopted, see (https://github.com/modelcontextprotocol/python-sdk). Hundreds of servers have been developed using the SDK.

We want to help developers of servers to classify their servers in PyPi accordingly.

@henryiii curious if there is an update to this? any decision either yes/no?

Sounds fine to me, but I don't make decisions here. :) You could try opening a discussion on discuss.python.org; that's useful for larger additions (such as the free-threading set of classifiers I added); I'm not sure if it's necessary for smaller additions, but it might help move it along.
