Comparing World Bank data to wbdata package

https://github.com/OliverSherouse/wbdata is a package focused on World Bank data, which looks to have some overlap to pandas-datareader's World Bank capabilities. I haven't used much either but thought it may be worth knowing about each other. I filed a parallel issue there at https://github.com/OliverSherouse/wbdata/issues/32.
