Yea I switched to this repo/branch [jedisct1/dnscrypt-wrapper:xchacha-stamps](https://github.com/jedisct1/dnscrypt-wrapper/tree/xchacha-stamps) since that is what the [dnscrypt-server-docker image](https://github.com/jedisct1/dnscrypt-server-docker/blob/5cb387205749c1198538e18b6c996dccf508bb33/Dockerfile#L50) uses. This works very well in docker.

For point 2 maybe https://github.com/nimiq/qr-scanner can work better

using the same ports now as dnscrypt hasn't worked properly and has been shutdown

Looks good, I think it would be better to include cli tools to the SynoCli Network Tools or synocli-files package? Maybe network because rsync is already there? https://synocommunity.com/package/synocli-net

Some arm cpus do work though. And ppc isn't build anyway. I suppose we can try to find the exact architectues that don't work. the problem is that it differs...
