[Q] --> On Netflix black bars on top in 21:9

Question

In netflix simetimes the video content got pushed down like in the picture: image

the problem is the top inch of the screen is black and the bottom end of the image just not shown. edit: chrome v 103.0.5060.134 win 10 pro 21h2 x64 build n.: 19044.1826
