Windows opens and closes applications with a long delay when Prismatik is running

I have Windows 11, Prismatik program is the latest version. Everything always worked fine, but now after reinstalling the system I have all applications (especially Explorer) open and close with a huge delay (8-10 seconds). As soon as I close Prismatik everything becomes fine. If I change "Win8 Desktop Duplication" to "WinAPI (Full screen)", my whole system slows down and FPS drops.

After reinstalling Windows, I have customized a lot of things, but none of them affect Prismatik. Maybe in the process of customization I affected some necessary services? Or something else?

About the hardware: ryzen 5-7500f rtx3090 32gb ddr5 ssd m2 2tb All drivers are new (tried old ones too), BIOS is also updated

That doesn't sound directly related to what prismatik does. Does it also happen when you run the DesktopDuplication sample app from https://github.com/psieg/Lightpack/issues/81#issuecomment-253462648 ?

Do you have DX hooking enabled? WinAPI (full screen) being FPS heavy is known, it's more like a fallback
