'List of revisions' link is outdated

Describe the bug

The "list of revisions" link on the Download page goes to a revisions.md file in the project github that hasn't been updated since 2023.

Expected behavior

Clicking "list of revisions" should take me to a currently updated page describing recent releases.

Given that all the revisions are described in the Releases page, the link could probably just be switched to the same destination as the "old releases" link.
