Describe the issue:

On Posit Workbench: Positron Pro, the full set of CSS and images are not loaded properly for Gradio apps.

Steps to reproduce the issue:

1. Click on Run Gradio App button
2. Note that while the Gradio app does appear in the Viewer pane, it is missing images/CSS
