Allow easter eggs 7 and 13 to be found by demonic races

Eggs 7 and 13 can be found near "Food" entry in resources, but demotic races don't have food, they use "Souls" instead.

Also, egg 17 is on trading routes page, but Balorg is a demonic race without trade, so its not unlockable :(

Also you can't get halloween treat 3 if you have terrifying.
