已知的服务端问题

• [ ] zxt0601 的头像在 api 中返回的地址不存在
• [x] 无法得知用户对当前 topic 或者 reply 的状态，即是否 Follow，Favorite，Like 等
• [ ] notifications 接口的通知中 mention_type 为 “HacknewsReply” 时，mention 字段为 null
• [ ] notifications 接口的通知中 type 为 “Hacknews” 时，没有字段获取详细信息
