Dash for R review apps

Similar to https://github.com/plotly/dash-docs/issues/868, it would be great if we had review apps in this repository for the Dash for R docs.

Sizing as 2 because we are not sure what's involved in automating deployment to Heroku. Is this natively supported or would we need to script it in CI?
