pay_order建议增加mch_id 字段： 渠道新接口都以app_id+mch_id来做一次下单的参数，只存一个app_id在表里，后续将很难扩展。比如：渠道以商户号的形式出账单对账，app_id 微信可以挂在不同mch_id下，订单不记录mch_id将不知道如何写这种代码；报表统计：以商户号为维度的统计也将不知如何识别
