Move windows buttons to right of panel

Is there any way to modify the position of the buttons of the window to the right of the panel?

@jdbenitez94 this looks more like an issue then a pr? Nothing new is added here, all changes in my fork are already open pr's to this repo.

I don't think it is a good idea to merge Jimver/3.32 on this branch. Issues are unrelated.

I suggest using a secondary local branch to make use of both changes.
