Is this going to be a new official PECL DLL build system? If so, I haven't seen any announcements on PECL-DEV or PHP Internals and windows.php.net still displays the 2022 message.

Please clarify what this is supposed to be. I'm all for getting Windows DLL builds back up but this appeared out of the blue.

As I have explained on the "Why" page of the PHP Extensions Repository website, I wrote in December 2023 the website in mirror of the PECL website proposing the DLL download.

I have tried to contact the PECL Windows team without an answer. I'm also a PHP extension Win32Service maintainer and the state of the DLL build has been problematic. Now, many projects are blocked from upgrading to the newest PHP version due to the absence of DLLs.

With this website, I want to offer the DLL for the most popular extensions and if possible all extensions compatible with Windows by the Build request form.

Otherwise, I'm open to proposing my help to improve the PECL website, especially for building Windows DLLs.
