[Bug]: Ribbon Items Move on Their Own

Describe the bug

When attempting to click a ribbon item, the buttons in the ribbon will switch positions by themselves.

Relevant errors (if available)

No response

Steps to reproduce

Most buttons are plugin related (Quick Add, Daily Notes, Map View, etc.) but to replicate, try and intend to click a command, and then it will move on its own to the top of the ribbon.

Expected Behavior

  • A way to shut off ribbon sorting entirely (lock items in ribbon)
  • A way to hold down for "n" seconds before the drag event is fired like re-arranging apps on iOS

I have the same problem on Windows 11, it's quite frustrating

I'm getting commands disappearing entirely spontaneously, I guess something is corrupting a settings object somewhere?
