Is it only me or matched parentheses (if you start Hop when your cursor is on one of it) do not fade?

That’s interesting! I guess it’s not linked to Hop, since hop temporarily applies a grey highlighting everywhere. I noticed that with some plugins as well. I have to make another pass on the new priority system of extmarks, maybe it will automatically solve your issue once this is done. :)
