Unable to install plsh on CentOS8

When I try to install plsh on CentOS 8 machine, the package does not install. I get the following error.

Tried following the make instructions but running into the following

PS: Same issue occurs on Oracle Linux 8 instance as well.

In researching the issue, I have the following packages installed but no option allows me to install plsh for postgres10

If you have issues with packages, you should contact the packager. I only publish the source code, so I can't help with what the packagers do with it.
