pM2 launch checklist

There are activities associated with launching pM2. Document them here in detail and carry them out on schedule before / during launch.

1. Determine release date and block height
2. Work with Greg Forst on new releases.
3. Create documentation showcasing how to perform transactions and conversions
4. Announce release date and block height and provide documentation 72 hours prior on:

• Twitter
• Reddit
• Bitcointalk
• Discord
• Meetup

5. Announce release party chat 48 hours prior
6. Hold release party chat on Zoom or Google Hangouts
7. Make announcements on number 4's mediums ~2 hours prior to go-live.

A. Create a check to make sure there is greater than $100,000 of pFCT on PegNet to jumpstart the system.

We have a Zoom webinar subscription that can be used for the launch and other streams going forward. This will avoid the user limit on Hangouts. It also records making it easy to upload to youtube after.
