Perhaps always providing access to the 'outer transaction group' and for a contract, it can know the current outer index its within. I think there could be some value here...

Ledger live definitely supports multiple accounts, I've created multiple algorand accounts through it and did quite some time ago and they also work w/ myalgo, defly, etc.
