[help-wanted/beginner friendly] next/previous titles truncation

To avoid overlapping of the previous/next post titles, is it possible to edit [template-tags.php](https://github.com/lacymorrow/casper/blob/master/inc/template-tags.php) in order to truncate the titles? 

I was testing the plugin when accidentally published a draft post to all my Wechat followers. The plugin should only send to Wechat when published as a public article.

Printing is actually a very much requested feature on one of my sites but the CSS stylesheet is too simple. Example: https://github.com/BafS/Gutenberg
