Experienced very high latency with the adult https config for some reason

switched to Cloudflare family, much better

not sure if it's config issue or just the provider server I may also be having issues on my home network - iOS briefly shows a warning "this network is blocking encrypted DNS" (which isn't true because I verified with https://dnsleaktest.com, and DoH wouldn't be blocked unless HTTP(s) was blocked)
