fsevents maintainer opinion needs to be included, we'll wait for it

fsevents is a huge and important part of chokidar, so we'll wait for it.

@ElliotG if you'd "love an investment here", write some code for it. Or, "invest" into someone who writes code.

Can you create a test repo that reproduces the case? If this was common, it would have been reported before.

what are you suggesting here? we've had this issue since like 2012. Other file watchers have the same issue.

I mean like, how exactly so you propose to utilize inotify? We'd need a low-level native library for that.
