Make app responsive

It'll be cool to make this app 100% responsive. Apart from the electron desktop app:

  • there's the long-term goal to run it in browser
  • we could also have it as a taskbar app (syncing in bg)
  • maybe let it be the UI of a browser extension

This requires the UI to be responsive.

I would like to make PR for a desktop app, so it would be basically usable. I've just found these two bugs when doing transfer

that'd be incredibly helpful, @yangwao. thanks! at this point, it would be a rather big PR to make the entire app responsive at once so smaller PRs per each app are preferred. you can go ahead and assign yourself when you feel ready.
