Add ranking of news

As the poster, I find myself looking for ranking of a news item

You think how this can be done? Based on the 'upvote' to receive the news?

The news are already listed in ranking order. So this is mostly a UI feature. We need to think about whether it makes sense to make the ranking explicit, e.g. showing numbers; or we're fine with as is.

@jingweno It makes sense to show the ranking if it is possible to vote, if it is not possible to vote is meaningless.
