hi Owais Khan

how can i deploy this app to heroku without installing ruby on rails in my computer?

when i run command "rake secret" or " rake db" i see error

rake aborted! LoadError: cannot load such file -- bundler/setup /root/LiDeploy/config/boot.rb:3:in <top (required)>' /root/LiDeploy/config/application.rb:1:in <top (required)>' /root/LiDeploy/Rakefile:4:in `<top (required)>' (See full trace by running task with --trace)
