Any plans for enabling user to use custom database like COMPASS

I came across this paper https://www.frontiersin.org/articles/10.3389/fmicb.2020.00483/full which provides an exhaustive curation of Plasmids fasta file. If there can be an option to ingest such custom database and preprocess it, that would be helpful.
