Faucet errors on staging (local)
Describe the bug
btcli wallet faucet --subtensor.chain_endpoint=ws://127.0.0.1:9945 gives errors:

Appears that it still works, but gives errors throughout. This works fine on master and 7.3.1

Run btcli wallet faucet --subtensor.chain_endpoint=ws://127.0.0.1:9945 against subtensor (main) scripts/localnet.sh False.
